These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from The Wild English Home through our website, thewildenglishhome.com.

By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Products

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately.

Many of our products are handmade, hand printed, hand embroidered or handwoven. Small variations in colour, pattern, stitching, weave, finish and dimensions are therefore part of their individual character and are not considered faults.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if, for example, an item is unavailable, there has been an error in the price or product information, or we are unable to process your payment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

Delivery

Delivery charges and available delivery options will be shown at checkout.

We will do our best to dispatch orders promptly. Any delivery times given are estimates and delays may occasionally occur outside our control.

Please make sure the delivery information supplied when ordering is correct.

Returns and refunds

We have a 14-day return policy. Please see our separate Return & Refund Policy for full details, including how to request a return, return postage and refunds.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Bespoke and personalised orders

Items made to your specifications or personalised for you cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty or damaged items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue.

Please email virginia@thewildenglishhome.com with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the problem.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including The Wild English Home name, branding, photographs, designs, text and graphics, belongs to The Wild English Home or is used with permission.

It may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our permission.

Website use

You must not misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or use it for unlawful purposes.

We may update, change or withdraw parts of the website when necessary.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you entered into a contract with us or for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version displayed on our website at the time you place an order will apply to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You retain any rights you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where you live.
